We're excited to partner with a local historian for a guided walking tour exploring the history of ISHA in Islington. If you'd like to join us for what is sure to be an interesting and engaging event, meet us outside Chapel Bar, 29 Penton Street N1 9PX, for a 5:30 pm start on Thursday, 26 September.

We've published a summary of our 2023 Tenant Satisfaction Survey results. The survey measures how well we have performed against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and shows where we need to improve our service to you, our residents. 

Our popular Neighbourhood Nights events return to Waltham Forest on Thursday, 3 October. 

We'll be at The Mill, 7-11 Coppermill Lane E17 7HA from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

At Neighbourhood Nights, you can meet ISHA staff and talk to them about what's important to you — repairs, housing, your neighbourhood or get answers to any rent questions.

There's free hot food for everyone, and our mini-residents are very welcome — we'll provide fun activities to keep them entertained.

Neighbourhood Nights will also be returning to Islington and Hackney before the end of year.

We'll be at The Old Fire Station, N7 6QT (Islington) on Tuesday, 29 October and at Our Lady & St Joseph N1 4AG (Hackney) on Tuesday, 19 November.

On Sunday, 13 October, you can join us for a free community preview of the new Hew Locke exhibition at the British Museum.

As an ISHA resident, we've secured a limited number of tickets so you can see this brand-new exhibition, which shines an alternative light on the role of museum collections and history, before it opens to the public.

By taking a few minutes now to do some simple heating and hot water checks, you can avoid serious problems when it's much colder. If you do find any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch, and we can arrange to get it fixed.

We're supporting the National Housing Federation's 'Starts at home' campaign to recognise the value of supported housing.

Supported housing allows people to live independently, safely and comfortably somewhere they can call their own. We're calling on the government to introduce a long-term plan, including at least 167,000 more supported homes by 2040.
