Chag Sameach to all our residents who mark Passover this coming Wednesday, and a Happy Easter to our Christian residents who will be celebrating this important time on Easter Sunday. With the clocks going back last weekend, we are officially heading towards the (hopefully) warmer summer months.
As Good Friday and Easter Monday are bank holidays, our office will be closed from 5pm on Thursday, 2 April until 9am on Tuesday, 7 April. If you have an emergency while the office is closed, you can call 0300 131 7300 to speak to our out-of-hours team.
Before then, we have two workshops this week about our resident involvement strategy. The
strategy is really important to how the relationship between ISHA and our residents will evolve over the next five years, and we'd love for you to join us at a workshop to give us your input. If you can't make a workshop, you can provide feedback through the online resident involvement strategy survey.
Our Neighbourhood Nights are back with dates and venues confirmed for April and May. They're a great way for you to speak one-to-one with our staff about what is most important to you or raise issues you want us to look at.
