The fire brigade and a local festival group joined us at this year’s first Neighbourhood Night in Waltham Forest last week.

These roadshows around our boroughs are face-to-face events where you can 'Ask us anything’.

We've two more coming up, one in Islington at the end of April and one in Hackney in May. 

At the beginning of this month, residents of Niemann Court in Islington held their first meeting to establish their own Residents’ Association (RA).

Around half the residents are involved, and we were there to help them get it off the ground. The group was spurred into action to work together on common issues and is already planning community events.

We've had a great response to the survey on our car parking policy. Thank you to everyone who has taken part.

If you have been sent the survey, please tell us about your experience and vote for which of the three suggested improvements you want us to make.

Once the survey closes, we'll review everything and update our policy based on your feedback.

At ISHA HQ, we’re excited about our new housing and finance computer system, which will soon allow you to access your tenancy details, check rent payments, follow progress on repairs and get the information you need about your home.  

It goes live for staff on Tuesday, 1 April. Please bear with us while we all adjust to the new system.

You’ll soon have access to an online portal where you can raise requests with us, make payments, or update your information without needing to call us. 

The portal will give you more freedom in how you interact with us and allow our staff to spend more time with you when you need that extra bit of support over the phone.
