You know your home, your neighbourhood, and your community better than anyone. That’s why we’re asking you to help shape what we do over the next five years.

Our strategic plan and resident involvement strategy will set out our plans for looking after your homes, how we’ll prioritise resources, how you can get involved, and how you can influence the services we deliver. But for it to truly work, it needs to reflect what matters to you.

Please take some time to share your views in our online survey.

ISHA resident Elaine has joined our Board as an Associate member, and we're delighted to welcome her to the group. Our Board provides oversight and direction for our work, and having a resident's voice at the top will help us deliver a better service to our residents.

Getting involved isn't new to Elaine; she's already been part of our Resident Scrutiny Panel and helped us co-create the format for the Neighbourhood Knock. It's great to have you on board, Elaine. We look forward to continuing our work with you.

Keep your eyes peeled for the winter 2025 issue of ishahome, our residents' magazine. It's packed with news, useful information and you can win a window vac in new competition. Printed copies of the magazine will be arriving on your doorstep or through your letterbox in mid-December and you'll also be able download it from the publications section of our website. 

We know Christmas can be a frantic time, trying to get everything organised and a million and one things to do, but please remember that you must continue to pay your rent over the festive period.

We've lots of options for paying your rent (even when we're closed), including by Direct Debit, online or by direct bank transfer.

If you think you might struggle to make a payment, call 0300 131 7300 or email IncomeTeam@isha.co.uk before the payment is due and speak to one of our team. They're here to help you, keep you on track and can check that you're getting any benefits you're entitled to.

Our office will be closed for the festive period from the afternoon of Wednesday, 24 December 2025. The office reopens at 9am on Friday, 2 January 2026.
