Thanks for subscribing to our new e-newsletter. We have lots of news and tips for residents in this month’s edition. I hope you find it useful.

One important message from us is to make sure you always ask for ID whenever a contractor knocks on your door and says they’re from ISHA. We have recently heard of people trying to access homes fraudulently. Please be safe and always ask for ID.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the recent Neighbourhood Nights sessions in Islington and Waltham Forest. It was wonderful to meet so many of you in person, hear your thoughts, and address any concerns you had. We have another event in Hackney planned for after the Easter school holidays. We'll also have another set of Neighbourhood Nights later in the year and will keep you updated on when those dates are confirmed.

It's getting lighter in the evenings and we have warmer weather on the horizon. To celebrate Spring. we're inviting you to be a part of our "ISHA in Bloom” competition, with prizes for the winner of each category. See below for the details.

Also, keep an eye out for details on upcoming ISHA events, and we'd appreciate it if you could encourage your ISHA neighbours to sign up for the newsletter as well.

Always ask for ISHA IDs

We've heard about some people pretending to be ISHA surveyors to get into homes without permission. If someone comes to your door saying they're from ISHA, please ask them to show you their ID.

Ramadan Mubarak!

Ramadan is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, observed worldwide by Muslims. This year it runs 10 March to 9 April. It involves fasting, prayer, reflection, charity, and community activities. We wish Ramadan Mubarak to all our Muslim residents and colleagues.

The Scrutiny Panel will act as the independent, resident-led group that holds ISHA to account through scrutiny and challenge to ensure continuous improvement.

The ISHA Resident Scrutiny Panel is an independent group of residents who work closely with our Resident Involvement Team to look at the decisions and recommendations made at resident action forums and meets regularly with the ISHA Board and Leadership Team.
