We're excited to introduce our new Resident & Community Involvement Lead, Sophie Bird.

Sophie joined ISHA in April, having previously worked at the NHS and in the charity sector, where she supported people with their care and co-created support programmes with service users.

Sophie is looking forward to working with ISHA residents to shape and improve the services we offer and build flourishing communities.

We've signed up for the government's Disability Confident employer scheme. This recognises our commitment to making ISHA an attractive place of employment for all people and is one of the targets in our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy (pdf).
