Welcome to your final newsletter of 2024.

If you haven't received it, IshaHome, your printed winter residents' magazine (pdf, 2.5mb) will arrive in your post this week. It's an edition worth keeping handy as it contains hints and tips for keeping your home warm and in good repair through the winter and our closure arrangements over the Christmas holiday.

It also brings you early news about our new customer service portal, which we'll be introducing next year. We will have much more to say about that in the next few months.

Free food market

Finding it a bit tough to afford Christmas? Visit our Christmas free food market to get a little help.

Thanks to the amazing Felix project, who redistribute food surplus, and hosts ARC in Islington, we can share free food on Monday, 23 December.

All we ask is that you register first. You will receive a text message on the morning when the market is stocked and open! Supplies will be on a first come, first served basis only.

Making sure you receive your parcels

It’s one of the busiest times of the year for parcel deliveries, and unfortunately, some go missing.

We’ve packaged together some top tips for parcel delivery.

Many delivery companies offer the option of having your items delivered to a local shop or locker, where they can be kept safe until you're ready to collect them.

Don't forget to pay your rent in December

The easiest way to pay rent or service charges is by Direct Debit.

You can also pay online or in other ways. Rent and service charges are due in advance.

If you have difficulty making a payment or have questions, email IncomeTeam@isha.co.uk, and the team can help you.

Car parking permits

The current cost for a parking permit is £115, and renewals are due in January.

The easiest way to renew your permit is through our parking portal.

If you have questions email Neighbourhoods@isha.co.uk or call 0300 131 7300 and select option 5.

We'll be holding a further review and consultation about parking next year.

Residents' Christmas party

What an incredible Christmas party we had with our residents last Thursday.

It was held at our offices. Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of laughter and festive fun.

Everyone left with a present and a smile.

Our thanks to our contractors who donated gifts for the event.
