Did you receive your copy of ISHAhome magazine this week? It’s full of updates and helpful tips. You can also read about the new resident portal, My Home, which is coming soon and will make it even easier to access your account information and key services.  

In the magazine there is news from our Building Safety team about their ambitious new programmes, updates on what your neighbours said about our services, and how we're going to use that feedback. 

Our hardworking volunteers on the Resident Scrutiny Panel have taken a deep dive into our complaints process bringing their perspective and offering improvements. The Panel has also taken on anti-social behaviour and stressed the need for a community led approach, to which end we've been working to build closer ties with police services and launched a Neighbourhood Events grant to help you bring your neighbours together! The panel was very pleased to welcome two new members to their ranks as well.  

In the coming months, we'll be visiting selected estates in Hackney and Islington as part of the Neighbourhood Knock and look forward to speaking with as many of you as possible. A big thank you to our two resident advisers who have helped us develop the programme and supported our staff training. When we’re coming your way, we’ll send you a letter with the dates and times.  

Residents were offered a chance to see works of art from ancient India for free with tickets to an exclusive exhibition!
