Shaping how your ISHA will look for years to come
Last week, I met six residents who were giving their time to help co-create our new resident involvement strategy in a daytime in-person workshop.
It was great to hear what our residents had to say, they were unafraid to challenge and to give
their opinions and work through ideas for improving the voice of residents in the day-to-day workings of ISHA.
This was the second stage in developing the strategy which will guide us for at least the next four years. The workshops were based on what you had told us was important to you in a recent survey.
The good news is that there
is still time for you to get involved in this. You’ll find more details about signing up to take part on our website.
